Pettiness, arrogance, boorishness.
A lack of generosity. It can take so many forms—it doesn’t just have to do with money—so I’m always shocked when people can’t muster any at all.
People who are not self-aware.
Comparing themselves to other people.
To my mum, for being such a tricky teenager.
I like collecting rocks,” she smiles. “I’m obsessed with them. I don’t pick up any old rock; it has to have some kind of interest.
